Director
Bryan is an ex-commercial farmer and holds a BSc degree in Agriculture. He facilitates linkages with the private sector in developing and rolling out innovative sustainable agribusiness models to transform Zimbabwe’s smallholder agriculture, with notable successes in the grains, pulses, paprika, sesame, poultry, fodder, and livestock value chains.

Director
Lloyd Masunda brings vast experience in project management and business development from his previous stints with NGOs such as We Effect, Plan International, Action Aid International, and TechnoServe. Prior to that, he worked as an independent consultant to support the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of agricultural development initiatives.

Vukile is a seasoned Finance Manager with a strong background in budgeting, compliance, and financial oversight within the private sector. Their leadership plays a crucial role in ensuring financial health, operational efficiency, supporting strategic planning, accurate reporting and driving sound decision-making across the organization.
